The kitchen. A modern Farmhouse fitted pine kitchen, Range cooker, washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, full range of cookware and utensils. The dining area has a large Pine dining  table and seating for 8 people. Original Oak beams have been retained here.

Living area. The large lounge area has 2 large and comfortable Sofas and chairs and will seat 8 people. Stone tiled floors, UK satellite TV. Hi-fi/CD player, DVD player.  Wireless internet access.  Ample books and CD’s to keep you occupied and views on to the garden and pool.

Bedrooms. The Master bedroom is on the ground floor and is en-suite, double bed, storage, beside lights and TV. 2 twin bedrooms on the 1st floor, all en-suite and have storage units, dressing tables and TV. 2nd double bedroom en-suite. Duvets, pillows, linen is provided.

Toilet and Bathrooms. All bedroom are en-suite with shower rooms, WC's and an additional W.C on the ground floor.

Garden and outdoor facilities. The outside space at this property is exceptional, the gardens are well maintained and the pool is heated. There is an area in the pool that can be secured so that small children cannot venture into the deeper parts. At the bottom of the garden there is a further wild area where you will often see Deer grazing. Large covered barn that has been adapted for parking several cars.

Miscellaneous. All services are included i.e. water heating & electricity. Hypermarkets and shops are to be found in the neighbouring town of St. Christophe du Ligneron and Challans.

Location. The area is three hours drive from the port of St. Malo, 4.5 hours from Ouistream (Caen) and 5.5 hrs from Cherbourg]. Nearest Airports La Rochelle, Poitiers & Nantes are served by most of the low cost airlines and car hire is available at these airports. Golden safe sandy beaches are approx 20 min's by car.

Activities. St Giles Croix de Vie offers numerous restaurants, beach pleasure port, boat trips, Les Sables d' Olonne has a zoo, restaurants, water sports. You are only 20min's from the sandy beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and St Jean de Monts. You will find numerous activates in the surrounding area, Biking, Boating, Cinema, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, Horse Riding, Night Club, Restaurant, Sailing, Water Sports and Zoo/Wildlife Park
