The kitchen. A well equipped spacious kitchen / dining room with some original features, exposed beams Kitchen /diner, has all mod cons, cooker, Dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc utility cupboard There is a dining table and seating for 6 people.
Living area. The lounge is a good size and has TV, Satellite, DVD and video plus WIFI. selection of books. Comfortable 3 piece suite, tiled floors
Bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. A further double bedroom and the third bedroom has twin beds plus wardrobe. All bed linen is included and at no extra cost. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a Utility room which has a washing machine , vaccum cleaner, iron, ironing board etc.
Toilet and ablutions. 2 Wet rooms with basin, storage, WC. one of which is en-suite to the Master bedroom
Garden and outdoor facilities. The gardens are approx 3 acre and with a super 18ft diameter above ground swimming pool, detachable steps providing security . Within the garden is a Patio furniture and BBQ. There is ample off road parking to the front and the side of the cottage. Vegetables and fruit are there for you to pick
Miscellaneous. The owner lives in the adjacent property and will be able to assist with information about the area and the best way to find the local attractions. it available all year round. There is a games room with a pool table and a drinks fridge for the 'competition' evenings! Also, there is a large barn that contains childrens toys so the kiddies can have a place to call their own ! Free Tennis court can be found nearby.
Location.The village of St Pierre du Chemin is 4 minutes drive away, where you will find a boulangerie, grocers shop, two bars, restaurant, and pharmacy, church, and cash dispenser.
Nearest Port: St Malo approx 4 hours drive, Nearest airports: Poitiers, La Rochelle, Nantes are all approx 1 hour away and are served by the low cost airlines. Nearest Beaches: Beautiful Atlantic coast beaches approx 50 minutes

Vouvant and the beautiful Marais Poitevin with its canals, waterways and abundant restaurants.
