Easy traveling distance from Poitiers, Angouleme and La Rochelle, well placed for reaching a whole range of Atlantic beaches, historic sites and cultural attractions, The 10mx5m swimming pool is salt water, reducing chemical waste and visitors get the chance to offset their carbon emissions by planting a tree, a portion of land is used for the planting of indigenous trees to help negate carbon emissions.

Le Poirier 4 bedrooms. sleeping 8/10
Named after the pear tree that grows on the wall outside, this newly converted stone barn built in 1810, has all the space needed for a large family holiday party.
Le Poirier has four beautifully furnished bedrooms (one en-suite on the ground floor), 2 shower rooms with toilets, seperate toilet, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead to the sunken terrace with wooden patio table, chairs and barbeque and Les Cygnes' gardens and gamesroom.
La Vigne 2 bedrooms. Sleeps up to 6.
Named after the impressive vine that grows on the wall outside, this is a newly converted stone barnand was also built in 1810.
La Vigne has 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one double and one twin) with a shower room with toilet. On the ground floor La Vigne has a fully-equipped kitchen with open plan living room (with double sofabed) and dining area with sliding glass doors leading to the private sunken terrace with wooden patio table, chairs, barbeque and Les Cygnes' gardens and games room.
Le Tilleul 3 bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8
Sitting by the shade of a beautiful lime tree, or in French, Le Tilleul, this restored 19th century stone cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet and twin hand basins. The mezzanine has a single and a double futon, especially popular with teenagers! The gite has an outside dining area set in the secluded courtyard garden with lovely views west of the surrounding fields and beautiful sunsets.
