The Old Mill House sleeping up to 9 , a large 3 bedroom house renovated to an high standard in the village of PISSOTTE. 5 min's from FONTENAY LE COMTE. Well located for a number of golf courses, It is close to the West coast of France. Picturesque La Rochelle and popular resorts such as La Tranche sur Mer and Les Sables d'Olonne are less than an hour's drive away.

The kitchen. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped; it has electric oven and an island gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ample storage and work surfaces. In the kitchen you will also find a table with bench seating and chairs that will comfortably seat 6 for breakfast. An elegant dining room with seating for 8. High chair should you require one.

Living area. The Lounge is comfortably furnished with a 3 piece suite, English Sat TV and has a Log Burner. Open plan staircase.

Bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, wardrobes and drawer units, dressing table, in this room there is also a single bed and an English standard size cot. The second double room has a double bed, small wardrobe and dressing table. The twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawer unit. There is also a double sofa bed in the dining room.

Bathroom and Toilets. There 2 bath/shower rooms. 1 Bathroom with bath and shower attachment plus separate WC on the ground floor, 1 Shower room with WC 1st floor.

Garden and outdoor facilities. The grassed garden has patio furniture & BBQ, cars can be parked within the gates. Here you will find the above ground pool for your sole use.

Miscellaneous. 2 sets of golf clubs are available for your use. Pissotte has a large vineyard, tours and tasting during most of the year. Popular hypermarkets LeClerc and a wide range of shops are to be found in Fontenay. Visit the Chateau and the Saturday market or just walk along the banks of the river Vendee.

Location. The area is only three hours drive from the port of St. Malo, 4 hours from Ouistream (Caen) and 4 ½ from Cherbourg.

Activities. Vouvant and Mervent with its forest and lakes also 5 min's. Puy du Fou, Futuroscope , Cognac are all easy day trips. Cycling, sailing, fishing, horse riding and go-Karting are all available locally.
